In 2010, as two busy teachers, we started sharing our favorite recipes with a healthy twist over email.

We’ve grown quite a bit over the last ten years, added a bunch kids to the mix and know how busy and important meal time is.

Over ten years later and we are even more passionate about sharing the simple and sustainable ways for families to take their healthy back.
