We all know fruits and veggies are really good for us.

We also know that it can be challenging to get the whole family on board.

That’s why we created this fun challenge to help you and your family get excited to eat more plant foods everyday.

For 7 Days we will count and track how many different plants we eat.

Why track the number of different plants over servings of plants?

The American Gut Project conducted the world's largest gut health study and has some fascinating insights that can help us all improve our health.

After analyzing the stool samples of more than 10,000 people from around the world, they discovered that the number one factor for a healthy gut was the number of different plants eaten in a week.

The magic number? 30.

30 different plants? In a week? For improved gut health?

Yes, you read that right!
