Rainbow Fruit Parfaits

We are all about helping families fall in love with eating fruits and veggies. And what’s not to love about this colorful and fun rainbow fruit parfait?! So easy. So simple. Yet feels like the MOST fun way to eat a wide-variety of fruits with minimal effort. You can make this exact version shown in our picture or we love picking out 6 different colored fruits that are in season or look delicious to you and layering them according to the colors of the rainbow.

Ingredients:

6 different colored fruits

  • Red fruit idea: strawberries, raspberries, cherries, watermelon, pomegranate arils

  • Orange fruit ideas: oranges, tangerines, peaches, cantaloupe, apricots, papaya

  • Yellow fruit ideas: mango, pineapple, yellow apples, starfruit

  • Green fruit ideas: kiwi, green grapes, pears

  • Blue fruit ideas: blueberries, blackberries, black currants

  • Purple fruit ideas: purple grapes, plums, prunes, purple figs

Directions:

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruit you will be using.

  2. In a clear cup, begin layering your fruit in order of the colors of the rainbow: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.

  3. These fruit parfaits are perfect as is or you can also add a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream for an extra special treat!
